Welcome to Bianca Esthetics. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these policies designed to protect your time and ours while ensuring you receive the highest quality care.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time, and we reserve your appointment exclusively for you:

• 48+ hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty.
  
• Less than 48 hours notice: A $50 cancellation fee will apply.
  
• 24 hours or less: You will be charged 75% of your scheduled treatment cost.
  
• No-show: You will be charged 100% of your booked treatment value.
  

Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may be rescheduled and subject to applicable fees to respect other clients’ time. We understand emergencies happen; fees may be waived at Bianca’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic services and the time reserved for you:

• Services are non-refundable once provided.
  
• Prepaid packages or deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service with prior approval.
  
• Products may be returned for exchange or store credit if unopened and returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
  
• We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with outcomes, as results vary based on individual factors. We encourage open communication during your consultation and treatment planning to ensure your goals are understood and managed realistically.

Credit Card & Chargeback Policy

We aim to maintain fair and transparent financial practices:

• By booking, you authorize Bianca Esthetics to securely store your card on file and charge applicable fees for services, late cancellations, and no-shows.
  
• If you initiate a chargeback, please contact us within 3 business days to resolve the matter directly.
  
• If a chargeback is filed, we may require 100% prepayment via alternative payment methods for any future appointments, and credit card payments may no longer be accepted.
  
• This policy helps us continue providing exceptional services to all clients while protecting our small business from fraudulent or unwarranted disputes.
